Q: How far in advance should I book residential movers?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead of your move date, especially during peak season (May through September). That said, we also accommodate last-minute moves when availability allows — just give us a call.
Q: What items can’t you move?
For safety reasons, we are unable to transport hazardous materials (propane tanks, paint, chemicals), perishable food, or live plants. We’re happy to advise on the best way to handle these items separately.
Q: How is my move priced?
Pricing is based on the size of your home, the distance of the move, the services you need (packing, specialty items, storage), and the estimated time required. We provide a clear, upfront quote before booking — no hidden fees.
Q: Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Levi’s Movers is fully licensed and insured. Basic coverage is included with every move, and we can discuss additional valuation coverage options if you have high-value items.

Q: What should I do to prepare for moving day?
We’ll send you a personalized moving checklist after booking. In general: label boxes by room, disassemble items you’d like to handle yourself, and make sure pathways are clear. We’ll handle the rest.
